Empty Bowls is a charity event that began four years ago to raise money for the Feeding America Food Bank of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties (FAFB).  Its goal is to help end hunger. The event is hosted at the Riverside Art Museum on December 3 from 11 am-3 pm.  This year Ramona High School will be in charge of setting up the event.  High schools from around the district provide the ceramic bowls.  Hot soup and fresh bread are given for a $10 donation along with a student made ceramic bowl as a reminder of the cause being supported.  For more information come out to the next throw down at lunch on Thursday, November 27.  Everyone is welcome to participate.
